The challenge
Northwind was growing fast but their marketing site was holding the sales team back. Page load times hovered around 5 seconds, the CMS was painful to use, and the story the site told no longer matched the product.
What we did
- Ran a 2-week discovery sprint with sales, marketing, and product.
- Rewrote the core narrative and positioning in collaboration with the founding team.
- Designed a new visual system and shipped a component library in Figma.
- Rebuilt the site on Astro with content managed in Sanity, achieving sub-second loads.
Outcome
Demo requests more than doubled in the first quarter post-launch, and the marketing team now ships landing pages on their own — without asking engineering for help.
